Grocery & Specialty Food West, April 2023, Vancouver – REPORT

Get a glimpse of the action that unfolded at our Bio Europe stand during the Grocery & Specialty Food West exhibition at stand number 1742, located in the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Renowned Chefs, live cooking shows, insightful discussions with experts, and tastings of safe, organic European cuisine - all these were the highlights for those who visited our stand!

Visitors had the chance to relish delightful and aromatic meals prepared by our esteemed Culinary Artists. They discovered organic European meats including pork, beef, poultry, milk products, grains, along with fruits and vegetables. The live cooking demonstrations proved to be a real source of inspiration for all attendees.

One other crucial event took place during the Grocery & Specialty Food West fair in Vancouver. This was a Business Meeting that integrated elements of tastings European products. Our Executive Chefs ensured that every attendee had the opportunity to tastings safe and high-quality EU food. However, the focus was not just on food! Our specialists discussed in detail the rigorous food production processes practiced in the EU, as well as the rules related to the import and export of EU products.
