Apple, yogurt and cinnamon smoothie

Ingredients

- 200 ml natural yoghurt

- 100 ml vegetable milk (e.g., oat milk)

- 2 apples

- 1 small spoon cinnamon

- 1 spoon honey

Directions

Wash and peel the apples, remove the coresand cut into small pieces. Put all ingredients over into the blender and mix.
