Meatballs:
· 500 g minced pork
· 1 egg
· 1 tablespoon wheat flour
· 2 garlic cloves
· 1 teaspoon oregano
· 1 tablespoon oil
· Salt and pepper
Mashed potatoes:
· 6 big potatoes
· 150 ml 30% sour cream
· 3 tablespoons butter
· Salt
Additions:
· 4 hard cheese slices
· 50 g grated parmesan
· Parsley
Peel the potatoes, cut them into parts and cook until soft in salted water.
In the meantime, peel and press the garlic. Mix up all ingredients for meatballs thoroughly in a bowl. Form the mass into small balls. Heat up a tablespoonful of oil on a frying pan and fry the meatballs for approx. 6 minutes, turning them round from time to time.
Put the cooked potatoes over into the bowl and add the remaining ingredients for mashed potatoes.
Smear a heat-resistant dish with oil and put over the mashed potatoes and the meatballs into it. Place the hard cheese slices on the top. Put into an oven heated up to 180 degrees and roast for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese and parsley.
