Aromatic zucchini stuffed with organic beef


2 large zucchini

200 g minced beef

100 ml tomato paste

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 clove of garlic

50 g grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Parsley for garnish


 Wash the zucchini and cut lengthwise in half. Hollow them out in the middle and cut the removed mass into smaller pieces.

In a bowl, mix your meat, the pieces of zucchini, tomato paste, oregano, minced garlic (use a garlicpress); add salt and pepper.

Put the hollowed-out zucchini on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with olive oil and stuff with meat stuffing. Sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 25-30 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
