Asian-style stir-fry with organic beef and broccoli


·       250 g beef entrecote

·       200 g broccoli

·       2 cloves of garlic

·       Pinch of chilli flakes

·       3 tbsp soy sauce

·       1 tsp honey

·       1 tsp lemon juice

·       1 tsp sesame oil

·       2 tbsp oil

·       1 tsp sesame seeds

·       Fresh chives

·       Choice of: rice or soy noodles

·       Optional: paprika


Cut the beef into strips. Heat the oil on a pan, add chopped garlic, beef and chili flakes and optional peppers cut into strips. Fry for a few minutes. Remove from heat. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and honey. Mix thoroughly.

Cut the broccoli into small pieces and cook until slightly tender.

Prepare rice or noodles - cook according to the instructions on the package.

If you have chosen pasta -mix it in a pan with beef, put it in a lunchbox and sprinkle with chopped chives and sesame seeds.

If you opted for rice - put the ingredients in the lunchbox in layers next to each other and sprinkle the beef with chopped chives.
