· 8 rolls
· 500 g ground beef
· 250 ml tomato sauce
· 50 g grated cheese
· 1 cup red beans
· 1 red pepper
· 1 green pepper
· 2 cloves garlic
· 1 tsp oregano
· Salt and pepper
Cut the rolls open lengthwise on top and hollow out a space for the stuffing.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and dice.
In a skillet, heat up a tablespoon of oil, brown sliced garlic, meat and peppers. Add tomato sauce and cook for several minutes.
Add beans, oregano, salt and pepper, and stir well.
Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add the ready stuffing to the rolls and sprinkle cheese on top.
Place into oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
