Chicken nuggets coated in corn flakes


-1 whole chicken breast

- 1 glass milk

- 1/2 glass wheat flour

- 2 glasses cornflakes

- 1 egg

- 4 spoons melted butter

- 2 small spoons sweet pepper powder

- 1/2 small spoon spicy pepper powder

-salt and pepper


Cut the chicken breast into stripes, seasonwith salt and pepper. Crumble the cornflakes into small parts. Mix the milkwith the flour, egg, salt and pepper and the sweet and spicy pepper in a bowlto obtain a uniform mass. Insert the chicken pieces into the mass and mixthoroughly. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Remove the meat piecesfrom the pastry one by one and coat in the cornflakes, then place on the bakingtray. Sprinkle with salt and smear the melted butter with a brush. Bake at 200degrees for 15–20 minutes. Serve with ketchup.
