Chocolate muffins with organic flour


·       2 cups whole wheat flour

·       2 eggs

·       1 glass of milk

·       1/3 glass of canola oil

·       ½ cup sugar

·       1/4 cup cocoa

·       100 g crushed chocolate or chocolate candy

·       1/2 tsp cinnamon

·       1 tsp vanilla flavouring

·       2 tsp baking powder


Add all the dry ingredients – flour, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder – into a single bowl and mix.

Put all the wet ingredients – milk, oil, vanilla flavouring and eggs – into another bowl and mix with a fork.

Add the wet ingredients mix to the dry ingredients and stir gently until smooth.

Add the chocolate into the batter and mixbriefly.

Line a muffin pan with muffin paper liners.

Fill the liners with batter, up to about ¾ of height.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (if possible, heat from top and bottom, no thermaflow).

Put the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
