· 1 cup jasmine rice
· 2 cups water
· 2 cups milk
· 1/2 cup condensed milk
· 2 tbsp sugar
· 1 tsp vanilla sugar
· Pinch of salt
For the chocolate layer:
· 1 tbsp coconut oil
· 100 g milk chocolate
In addition:
· 1 pear
· Handful of blackberries
· 50 g milk chocolate
Put the rice in a pot, pour in 2 cups of water, add a pinch of salt and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. After this time add 2 cups of milk to the rice, reduce the heat and cook until the rice is soft and creamy - about 15 minutes.
Add condensed milk and sugar to the cooked rice and stir. Let it rest for a while, covered.
In another pot put coconut oil and broken into cubes chocolate. Heat slightly and while stirring melt to a velvety consistency. Add half of the cooked rice and mix.
Put the chocolate pudding and then the vanilla pudding into the bowls. Decorate the top with grated chocolate, chocolate pieces, sliced pear and blackberries.
Pudding tastes best when served warm.
