· 300 g Greek yogurt
· 150 g graham flour
· 1 tsp baking powder
· Pinch of salt
· 1 egg
· 1 tbsp flaxseed
· 1 tbsp sesame seeds
· 1 tsp chia seeds
· 1 cup spinach
· 3 tbsp beet juice
· 1 tbsp turmeric
Mix in a bowl: Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder and salt. Add flaxseeds, sesame seeds and chia seeds (set aside a pinch of seeds each to sprinkle on top) and mix. Spread the mixture into 3 bowls.
Wash the spinach and blend to a smooth paste.
Add the spinach, beet juice and turmeric to the bowls oneby one. Mix.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Form the rolls and place them on the baking sheet, then brush them with egg and sprinkle with seeds. Bake at 225 degrees for about 15minutes.
