Divide the chicken into 4 parts and fry in a grill pan, season with salt and pepper.
Pour a glass of lentils into a pot and pour 2 cups of water, boil for about 20 minutes until soft.
Put lettuce, chopped avocado, tomatoes and turnip on a plate. Place lentils and chopped chicken on top of it. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame.
