· 400 ml of water
· 250 g pasta
· 200 ml milk
· 50 g yellow cheese
· 50 g cottage cheese
· 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
· 2 cloves of garlic
· 1 teaspoon mustard
· 1 teaspoon oregano
· 3 tomatoes
· salt and pepper
· basil leaves
Fry chopped garlic with 0.5 teaspoon of oil, pour in water and milk. Add pasta and cook al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut 1 tomato into thin slices and dice the remaining 2 tomatoes.
Add mustard, oregano, diced tomatoes and cottage cheese to pasta. Mix well.
Put the pasta in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. Put tomato slices on top and sprinkle with a little oregano.
Bake in oven preheated to 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.
After removing from the oven sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
