Fit meatloaf with organic chicken, peas and broccoli

Ingredients

·       1200 g ground chicken breast

·       1 onion

·       0.5 cup peas

·       200 g broccoli

·       1 tsp oregano

·       1 tsp dried garlic

·       1 tsp salt

·       1 tsp herb pepper

·       2 tbsp semolina

·       70 ml of cold water

·       1 egg

·       2 tsp oil

Directions

Dice the onion and fry it with 1 tsp of oil.

Add the fried onions, peas, shredded broccoli and beat an egg into the ground meat.

Mix everything thoroughly, put it into a baking pan and spread it thoroughly, applying pressure.

In addition, pour 1 tsp of oil on top and spread over the meat.

Put the mold into a preheated oven to 190 °C and bake for about 50 minutes.
