Fit oat crumble with organic fruits


·       600 g fruits (blueberries, currants, cherries, raspberries)

·       2 tbsp maple syrup

·       2 cups of rolled oats

·       2 tbsp coconut oil or butter

·       ½ tsp cinnamon

·       2 scoops of vanilla ice cream


Wash the fruits, remove the seeds, cut the larger ones into pieces. Put them in a heatproof dish.

In a bowl, mix rolled oats with maple syrup, cinnamon and coconut oil or melted butter.

Place the created crumble on top of the fruits and place in the oven. Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown. Serve with ice cream and a handful of fresh fruits on the top.
