· 250 g of cottage cheese
· 1 egg
· 1 tablespoon of sugar with vanilla
· 2 heaped tablespoons of flour (plus the flour for dipping)
· frying oil
· powdered sugar
· 1 cup of strawberries
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg and sugar and mix. Pour in the flour and mix until smooth. Scoop the dough with a spoon, coat it in flour, form balls and flatten it on your hand. Heat the oil in a frying pan, line the pancakes, fry on low heat on both sides for about 1.5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and strawberries.
