Grilled chicken with vegetables


- 1/2 chicken breast

- 200 g broccoli

- 100 g green bean

- a few leaves of iceberg lettuce

- pecan nuts

- 1 small spoon vegetable oil

- 1 small spoon olive oil

- salt and pepper for taste


Wash the chicken breast, then dry and grillon the strongly heated frying pan with 1 small spoon of oil. Add salt andpepper and cut into thick slices. Divide the broccoli into small parts and cooktogether with the bean. Put the sliced lettuce into the lunch box and pour with1 small spoon of olive oil. Place the chicken, broccoli, bean and nuts on thetop.
