· 8 small taco tortillas
· 200 g beef prime rib
· 1 red pepper
· 1 corn can
· 200 g mushroom champignon
· 100 g cherry tomatoes
· 1 red onion
· 8 lettuce leaves
· 1 parsley bunch
Sauce:
· 200 ml sour cream 18%
· 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
· 1 teaspoon lime juice
· ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
· Saltand pepper
Fry the beef prime rib on a grill pan, 2-3 minutes for each side. Season with salt. Peel, slice and fry the mushrooms. Dice the pepper, onion and tomatoes. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Put the vegetables, beef and chopped parsley in the middle of tortillas and pour over with the sauce. Fold tortillas in half and secure with long toothpicks.
