· 200 g beef entrecote
· 250 g pasta spaghetti
· 1 red bell pepper
· 1 green bell pepper
· 2 cloves of garlic
· 1 onion
· 1 chili pepper
· ½ tsp brown sugar
· A bunch of chives
· 1 tbsp sesame oil
· 2 tbsp canola oil
· 3 tbsp soy sauce
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold running water, stir in 1 tbsp of canola oil.
Heat a wok and pour in the remaining tbsp of oil. Wash the peppers, hollow out the seed nests and cut into strips, and dice the onion. Add to the wok and fry for about 6 minutes. Cut the beef into strips, put it into the wok and fry for about 5 minutes.
Add chopped garlic, chili peppers and stir-fry for a while. Add noodles and fry for a minute. Add mixed: sugar and soy sauce. Fry, stirring every now and then, for 1 minute. Season with sesame oil and additional soy sauce if needed. Transfer to bowls and sprinkle with chopped chives.
