Pasta with organic beef and vegetables in Asian style


●      200 g beef neck or entrecôte

●      250 g soy pasta

●      1 red pepper

●      2 big carrots

●      100 g green beans

●      Dill

●      1 tablespoon sesame

●      1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes

●      Lime half juice

●      70 ml soy sauce

●      1 tablespoon fish sauce

●      1 tablespoon sesame oil

●      2 tablespoons rapeseed oil


Cook the pasta according to the instruction on the package.

In the meantime, peel the carrots and cut them into columns. Skin the beans. Core the pepper and cut it into strips.

Pour 2 tablespoons of oil onto a frying pan, add the carrot, beanand pepper and fry for approx. 6 minutes.

Cut the beef into thin strips, put over onto the frying pan with vegetables and fry further for approx. 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and put the cooked pasta over onto the frying pan.

Put the soy sauce, the lime sauce, the fish sauce and the sesame oil together in a bowl.

Pour the ready sauce onto the frying pan and stir.

Put the pasta over onto a plate and sprinkle with the chopped dill and sesame.
