· 4 tortillas
· 1 chicken breast
· 8 slices of hard cheese
· 1 can of corn
· 1 red bell pepper
· 1 green pepper
· 50 g canned beans
· 1/3 glass black olives
Dice the chicken breast and peppers and fry them together in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add corn, beans and sliced olives. Season with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Put 4 slices of yellow cheese on each of the two tortillas and addthe remaining ingredients. Cover with the second tortilla and press down.
Place the tortillas in a dry skillet and heat on both sides for about 5 minutes, then cut into smaller pieces.
