· 200 g chicken breast
· salad mix
· 10 grams pine nuts
· salt
Dressing:
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 2 tablespoons water
· 1 teaspoon vinegar
· ½ teaspoon mustard
· 1 teaspoon Provence herbs
· ½ teaspoon garlic powder
· salt and pepper
Grill the chicken breast on both sides andseason with salt.
Prepare the dressing by mixing allingredients together.
Put the salad mix, sliced chicken breastand pine nuts on a plate and pour the dressing.
