1 banana
1 ripe mango
handful of chokeberries
handful of berries (raspberries, blueberries)
150 ml thick natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 teaspoon coconut shreds
a couple of walnuts
Peel the banana and mango, add half a banana and the mango to a blender. Add yoghurt and oatmeal.
Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
Cut the remaining half of the banana into cubes.
Garnish with fruit, crushed nuts and coconut shreds.
