· 200 g pork loin
· 100 g rice
· 1 egg
· 100 g canned corn
· 5 large mushrooms
· 1 tbsp lime juice
· 1 onion
· 2 cloves of garlic
· 5 tbsp oil
· 1 teaspoon turmeric
· Piece of ginger (about 3 cm)
· 1 tbsp soy sauce
· 2 tbsp fish sauce
· Fresh chives
· 1 chili pepper
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the pork into small cubes. Crush garlic, chop onions, chili peppers and mushrooms, peel ginger and grate finely.
Heat the oil on a frying pan. Add meat, garlic, mushrooms, onion, corn, chili, ginger, turmeric and fry for a few minutes.
Add the rice, chopped chives, broken egg to the pan and fry. Add soy sauce and fish sauce, lime juice and stir.
