200 g pork loin
300 g cream cheese
0.5 glass sour cream
4 red onions, chopped
1 sachet mixture of dried herbs
3 tortillas with a diameter of 30 cm
1 sliced cucumber
1 sliced pepper
4 cherry tomatoes
Mix the cream cheese, the sour cream, the red onion and the spices in a bowl until they blend well. Spread a thin layer ofthe cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Then put the vegetables and the pork loin on each tortilla. Wrap each tortilla strongly in order to form a long tube.
Cut the tortillas into pieces and put them on a platter. Decorate with the cherry tomatoes.
