Whole grain beef burgers with vegetables


- 2 wholemeal rolls

- 2 beef burger cutlets

- 2 tomato slices

- 1 pickled cucumber

- 1/4 onion

– handful rocket


Heat the grill pan to a high temperatureand fry the cutlets on both sides for around 2 minutes. In the meantime, cutthe rolls lengthwise in half and heat on the dry pan. Smear the rolls with yourfavourite sauce. Put the rocket, the tomato slice, the grilled beef, the slicedonion and cucumber successively on the bottom part of the roll and close themwith the other part from the top.
