Chicken wings have light-coloured meat and thin skin. They consist of three parts: drumette, flag and tip. There is little meat on them, but it is very juicy. The abundant skin keeps the water inside during heat processing, so there is no way the meat can become dry or tough. Organic European chicken wings make many tasty dishes – in chicken stock, breaded and fried or baked in aromatic marinade. The seasoning that enhances the taste and aroma of chicken wings are dried paprika: sweet, smoked and chilli, garlic, oregano, bay leaf and allspice.
