Cow milk is white non-transparent liquid with very delicate aroma. It contains 2-3% fat on average, protein, amino acids, minerals and important fat-soluble vitamins. Milk is pasteurised, i.e. heat processed, to kill all germs. It is used to make milk drinks, yogurts, butter and cheese. It tastes well with cereal and in cocktails or sauces. Milk may be added to desserts, drinks, ice-cream, cakes and sweet and salty pastries. European high quality milk is sourced from organic-farm cows.
