European pasta is high quality product made from organically farmed grain. It is made from dried flour and water pastry. The making of pasta consists of several stages: preparing the ingredients, i.e. sifting the flour and heating up the water, making the pastry, shaping the pasta and drying. Pasta is classified food concentrate, as it has very low water content. It is easy to store and cook. The organic pasta from the EU comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Pastas go very well with sauces, dinner dishes, soups, salads and casserols.
